All the staffs were kind and considerate. Dinner buffet was excellent. Suite room was spacious. Shuttle bus was punctual.

Great facilities for families - pool & onsen was great for our kids (2 toddlers & a baby), and extras like a newborn bed next to our table in the restaurant made everything easier.

A large resort hotel. Many guests stay with their children and families. Facilities are good. Free parking. Breakfast buffet is awesome.

It is generally a nice hotel, and it's unfortunate that the original architectural design turned out to be rather complicated and interior spaces inefficient and not so guest friendly. But they tried to do the best they could... Their onsen spa is large and very nice, but needs some freshening up.
